In most cases we are able to access your unit prior to your arrival so that everything is
ready and waiting for you. If the equipment you ordered is not in place when you
arrive, it usually means we were unable to get a key to the unit from the management
company. Just give us a call and we'll deliver it.

What we'll need to know and how it works.

1. Name, Mailing Address, phone #. email address & cell phone # if
available
2. What dates you will need the equipment
3. Where you will be staying on vacation, ex. Condo Name & Unit #
4. Who you are renting from, real estate company, on site management, etc
Payment is due in full by personal check 2 weeks in advance of delivery. If you make
your reservation too late to mail a check in advance, you will need to be on site to
receive the equipment and pay by cash. Checks should be made payable to

A few of the basic rules of renting from Island Rentals.
1. You must be 18 years of age or older to rent equipment.
2. You must show a valid driver's license.
3. All equipment rent must be paid in advance of the rental.
4. A two week notice prior to arrival is required for a refund less a 10%
administration fee on advance reservations.
5. There are no refunds due to weather or early return of equipment.
6. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for equipment while they have it
rented.
